Refund policy

We want you to be happy with S3Toolbox. If it isn’t the right fit, email contact@s3toolbox.com within 10 days of your purchase and FenWorks Limited will issue a full refund — no lengthy questions.

How to request a refund

• Email us from the address you used to purchase.
• Include your order reference or the email your license key was sent to.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal).

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated once a refund is issued.
